Finally we are at the last episode of the Witch From Mercury.. an original Gundam series featuring the franchise's first female protagonist Suletta Mercury and her love interest Miorine Rembran. I will say that this last episode will give the ending that every sulemio fans dream off but at the same time, the rush ending is apparent and how they end the conflict is like watching a witch swinging her magical staff and creates magic; fixes the entire problem at a single swoop. Actually, I am not hating the outcome.. It's great to see Suletta alive and most of the cast are alive yet, there is a lot of point missing due to how instantly they want to finish this series. I think it's not fair that the Witch From Mercury had to finish just like this and I hope there is another epilogue chapter or at least a final movie.. Which can bring the real justice to this anime's ending.

The story follow suits with Suletta looking at the destroyed aerial and tries to get it back to the gundarm spaceship with her Calibarn. Rouji, Aliya and Lilique checked on her who is extremely feel injured..bot physically and mentally .. It seems like Suletta body has been injected by a heavy dose of data storm that she started to show a difficulty to move her body.. After thourough inspection, it can be summarize that Suletta's bodies is damaged beyond repair. Yet, Suletta still doesnt want to give up neither her sister Erict nor even Prospera. She wants to save both of them using her power even if she might get cripled in the process.
The first shot from the canon decapatites Earial and its charging for another shot for the Quiet Zero.. Suletta after meeting with Prospera decides to use her few remaining power to try achieve even a greater permen level in order to render the canon useless.. Without long, she is back in the Calibarn while holding the remaining of Gundam Aerial with her. Suletta tries to make contact once again with Erict and just like a magic, her Calibarn permet rise up.. A rainbow colored sign can be seen from Calibarn and using its ability to control electical device, It even makes Gundam Pharact and Gundam Scwarzette to move on its own and join both Aerial and Calibarn.. The next thing we know is The gigantic cannon is Over rided and it is being controlled by Suletta.. Miorine declares that she had disbanded the Benerit Group completely and her decision makes all of the group stock plumetting; including the ever backstabber Peil Industries. With the Sal can no longer activates the canon, the earth house and everyone is safe... Then the next Miracle happens as the entire permet of the Quiet Zero is dispersing... Including all of the Gundams.. Prospera who looks at the Permet Dissapearing see her husband (Nadim) once again; telling her to end her vengeance and continue living .. With Suletta. I know that this kind of ending is definitely not going to make many people happy but I'm so glad that Suletta survives the ordeal.
By the end of the story, we knows that three years has passes.. Nika Nanaura is getting out from the prison after finishing her punishment for having a connection with the terrorist group. In the other place, Shaddiq decides to take all the blame for everything that happens (including Prospera killing the entire SAL fleet), Petra is alive and seen dating Lauda. She is using the Gund Arm tech to replace her broken limbs.In addition, Its revealed that Erict's Consciousness have been saved and transferred by Suletta to her "Mr Hot" keychain's plushies. Before the end credit, we see Miorine comes to earth as she wants to take suletta back to school. As Suletta waves to her, we can see that she wears a wedding ring on her hand.. The next scene, we see Miorine also wearing the same ring in her hand.. Indicating that they did marry during the three years interval.
Summary
Unfortunately, despite its amazing performance from the first 4 weeks, the second cour 12 only episodes is still not enough to cover so many things due to the limited time slot available and it affects the overall plot progression tremendously. The way they finishes the last duel between Lauda and Guel as well as the sisters fight is pretty much the testatement that Witch from Mercury will never be able to give the best and full closure that we want. Its rushed and tries to wrap everything as soon as possible. The idea of Calibarn being able to override every machine and turn the situation is pretty much forced to finish earlier than its supposed to be.
There are still plenty of plots that can be resolved rather better if they make more episode but rather than that, they instantly make a *fixed* ending making the main character (Suletta) suddenly becomes another Mari Stu that can end all conflict using her improved permet "gift" Capable to render the weapon of mass destruction useless..They also claps the tension between the Spacian and the Earthian by simply disbanding the Benerit and use the Grassley group as the party responsible for the attack on plant quetta. How about the Dawn of Fold? Well.. The last thing we see is its leader destroying a device like USB and then.. Nothing.
What I think is.. The witch of Mercury feels like changing it direction.. Especially if we watch the prologue. The prologue is full with dead and makes us believe that not many of the main casts will survive the end. The anime plays with the dead flags and makes us feel cheated everytime the main characters suddenly have the plot armor to avoid certain dead. Nevertheless, I still enjoying the fun of the character development and interaction an this anime.. So at least I can this give 8 out of 10 for this entire season two of the Witch from Mercury
