There are two thing certain in this world. First is the infinite number of Zubat in the rock tunnel and the other is Inglis Eucus supremacy in battle. The last episode of "reborn to master the blade" doesn't shy away to present her superiority over and over again to the other cast members especially in term of fighting power. She has one weakness though. The reason why she is disappointed being reincarnated as a girl is because she has lower endurance while performing the Aether enchantment skill. It is like a handicap for her as she can only use the ability for a limited time. Still, she proves very capable on dishing damage and is eager to fight even stronger opponents that even Eris started to call her a battle maniac. With this kind of treatment, the anime can just introduces new adversaries and more than likely she will mops the floor with them.
Inglis brings Eris for the double rider kick because she doesn't want to shine aloneπŸ˜‚

Now let's look at the holy knight turned villain a.k.a Leon. In short term, he is a traitor..that is how much we know from this episode. Leon actually has his own reason for the betrayal as watching how vile a highlander like Rahl turns out to be, he planned to join with the third party powerhouse known as Steelblood front. He was disappointed with how the holy knight had to bow their head to the highlanders; who abuse their authority to the lower land citizens. Back at the scene, Leon creates thirty lighting beasts as his companions to keep Inglis busy while he tries to fight Eris. Inglis doesn't worry about those lighting beasts although touching and dealing a blow at them may leading to their body explosion. She focused on her Aether, gathering energy inside her body and crazily enough she pummeled them using a bare handed energy fist instead of using range-based magic or weapon like bow. Even Eris and Leon gawked at her gung-ho attitude; bordering stupidity with tremendous awesomeness to boot. If she was an ordinary knight, she would already been killed for punching those exploding electrical breasts. However, She hardened her Aether and cast a barrier around her body, charged her way to the beasts and took all of their explosion. While she is technically invincible for that moment, she admits that her being a girl makes her endurance run out faster. Therefore, she can only use that Aether infused fist for a certain amount of time. What so cool about her is despite Leon's knowledge about her Achilles heel, she still able to land more than one kick to him; making him injured and coughing blood in the process.

Kamehamehadouken!!

Before the battle drag on further, Rani crashes to the scene while being chased by a giant monster. Well we should've no longer worries about seeing Rahl anymore because that monstrosity is Rahl himself, who got turned into a beast by Leon's scheme. Once again I am quite disappointed because The anime doesn't show his transformation and the animation on how Leon's turn him into one savage beast. Out of sudden, he is already becoming a mindless one; ready to be put out from his misery. Afterwards, Leon leaves the place making the ladies has to take care of the ex-highlander themselves. Inglis asks Eris to do a double kick with her so they can kick out the monster far away from the city. One thing to note here is Eris knows very well that using just two persons energy, it's impossible to kick that giant into the sky. She realizes that Inglis' strength is out from any ordinary human's reach. Inglis put her hand to Eris' mouth and tells her that she shall not think much about it and just let it slide. Inglis doesn't want other to know about her strength because a power recognition may lead to a designated city guard promotion or maybe people will start looking for her if a stronger monster appears. Since her purpose of life is learning the blade arts, she can not let too many distractions coming at her and that is her main reason to hide her abilities.

Goku and Vegeta but if they born as girls be like

Three years passed from the last incident with both Rani and Inglis turns 15 years old. It is time for both of them to enroll in the Capital City's knight academia . As they visit the city of Nova during their journey to the Capital, they meet incidentally with another important cast member. The City's council as well as the landlord; Cyrene. While she is a highlander, unlike Rahl, she is well behaved and works hard to make the city prosperous. Another note here is Inglis can feel that the flow of mana in the city has a disturbance. she feels that someone in the city's underground already suck-up a lot of mana; which indicates that there is another powerful being reside on the town. Cyrene does not say anything about it but my hunch says that she may be the culprit lol.. and by the way I haven't read the original material so I can guarantee that; it is just my guess hahaha. Alas, she asks Inglis and Rani to accompany her dealing with the ill-mannered ex-guards from the previous landlord. They were making criminal record after she relinquishing them from their previous occupation. Before the end of episode, another Hieral menace (being similar to Eris) stands in front of them and she wants to challenge Cyrene's party. As usual, there is no single fear in Inglis face. "Another worthy opponent to face off" as an excited smile beaming from her.

Bond is the one of the main theme that describes most anime and manga. The meeting between people who shares the same vision despite of differences and as they grew closer, the friendship flourish introducing the term we all know as "nakama power". This nakama power enables them to overcome hardship and eventually, they defeat or conquer the big bad. Similar to the other anime establishment, Fushin Ningen also shares similar traits as the fouru human hater started to open up to each other despite a bit of a little rife between the ladies before. I think the usage of "bonding" moment it in anime had already been redone so many times; therefore it needs a deep characters building to keep it more ⚖️ and entertain the audiences. One piece of advice is simply putting smart comedy or a good twist or two on it so people may overlook the "generalism"
Dr
Your very existence itself is the proof that we didn't need logic on this anime

This episode continues right  focuses the character development between Nick and Curran. In contrast to the last episode, it focuses on Nick's point of view now. The main story so far is the survivor get important quest to find the Legendary sword; the sword of Bond by the Obasan Guild master. The squad of Survivor head to the bond's dungeon where the sword located and it doesn't take them long to reach the sword pedestal. Unfortunately, after a brief conversation with the sword; the defense mechanism start initiating the sword's guardian; the Amalgam Golem. While Nick is busy trying to keep the guardian attention away from his teammates,  the sword asks Nick to focus on one of his party member (which is currant) and tells Nick about the fusion skill which enables him and Currant merging into one individual. It may be possible for more combination in the future as the sword chooses Currant after looking thoroughly to Nick's party member. Using the sword fusion, we may see a combination like Nick x Tiana or Nick x Zem.. Heck, maybe we can even see the hot and cold fusion too πŸ˜‚. The ideas of fusion pretty much mimic the one in Dragonball (there I said it ) expect that in this anime, the fusion between a man and a woman; not to mention that she is a dragonkin, is possible.

Nick repeat after me..." Sosei Gattai !! AQuArioN!!!

My guess about Curran's insistence on keeping the memento despite it makes her remember about Kalios' betrayal is right all along. Even if Kalios stole the King Dragon Gem, the memories that they shared during their time travelling together ran deep inside her consciousness. This sentimentality thankfully balances with her realization that she has another party leader now. While still holding a tiny hope that one day Kalios will be back to his old self, she is pretty much threw away the past memories. This episodes completes Nick's curiosity about the memento and whether it's means something to her; after Curran explains about the necklace and how it's ok if she lost it. Therefore, having it got accidentally scratches by Nick is not a big deal for her. Curran resolution's to left her lingering past; opening herself to Nick along with Nick's relief after hearing from her are what enabling them the sword's skill fusion; merging them into one individual (a male paladin with a reddish orange hair). In one note, the Fusion's strength is on another level as it can deliver a deadly blow to the Amalgam Golem in a one hit only.

I'm neither Nick nor Curran..call me BOBπŸ˜‚

The sword of bond; as it name suggest represents the theme of today episode as the four characters overcome a crisis together and develop their relation up to another level. Just like in the real world, difficult times built comraderies and their fight against the Amalgam Golem strengthen their bond further. At the beginning, they met with the talking sword; which looks like a handle without a blade tips, claimed that it is the sword they've been searching for. The funny things is that despite of the sentient sword talks using a Japanese older accent yet, it's human form resembles a youngster with white hair. There is still not many explanations about the sword 's origin and how it's got a soul inside but more or less, it can be revealed on further episodes.

Curran past is a mystery for viewers up until the the episode three. In retrospect, The only glimpse of her past is only the vision of her party member left her to death. However, there is no explanation about why she ended up hating humanity and how did she became obsessed with delicious foods. While the group consists of four main characters, she is technically the main heroines of the series. Still, how can the main heroine had a very blurry past and how can her importance seems overshadowed with Tiana's presence? The main issues is because she is not thoroughly developed as a character yet so, to make amend, today episode focused mainly on her and it tells a story from Curran's point of view.
It's all a ploy to get her valuable

In the nutshell Curran is the main strength of the group as well as the heavy damager. She definitely the fit the thrope of warrior as well as the the muscle for the survivor group; maxing all that strengths and vitality stats in your usual role playing game party. Aside from all that powerful quantities, in the deeper part, she is as naive and as a little children and a bit trustful for a half-human and half-dragon lady. One bad encounter with a shady merchant almost put her into a blackmailed position as he secretly exchanged the goods when she was doing a window shopping. The accessory that catches her attention is a liontin with a dragon motif embed on a green plate and the trickster swapped it with a broken one; his motive? off course he tries to extort her by partially blames Curran for accidentally scratches the liontins. Fortunately, her ex- leader Kalios reveals the merchant's scam in front her. After cornering the merchant, Kalios asked for the liontins free of charge and gave it to Curran. With limited experience to Human's sinister nature and mixed with the knowledge that the the dragon kin is destined to accompany the hero's journey, she gladly present her trust wholeheartedly to him.
Curran uses "Braver" on the "gatack" monster

Trust is not to be given but earned. As good as it sound, a person may earns the trust with an underlying mission behind the act. Her previous party members (including Kalios) actually planned something more sinister than what she could imagine. One important event is when they plan to kill a giant purplish snake inside a gigantic pot. Curran's team members secretly conspired to use her as a life bait. When she manages to get the snake attention, she asks for her team aid. Unfortunately, instead of helping her, they wait patiently for the snake to poison her. What she never think before is they actually planned something more despicable than just leaving her to death. Walking limply back to the inn, she finds out that her ex-team mates already left the inn; proclaiming that she was killed in action. In addition of spreading misinformation, they also took her most prized treasure; the Dragon King Gem (a precious dragon artifact imbued with magic) that she left on her room due to Kalios' insurance that nobody has enough courage stealing from her.

Dragon may have resistance to poison to some degree

As for her craving to delicious dishes, she inherit it from the solo adventurer named Fifth. Curran hears a rumor of one specific individual who always works solo. She got interested to the man as he is able to survive hard level dungeons alone and the guild master permits him to enter them. As she secretly stalk him, he notices about her presence yet remains quiet and doesn't feel disturbed. One thing that makes Curran takes interests to Fifth is his good palates and ability to choose delicious foods. Whenever he orders a menu, Curran will try to imitate his orders and she uncover more delicious dishes by doing so. The foods are so delicious that it fills the void on her empty heart and makes her forgot about the bad things that happened to her although temporary.
Fifth..he appears to eat delicious foods and disappears without trace

The Survivor squad start to get their fame after they finished their last adventure. Not only that they were known along with the locales, each of them also started to get their trust back for humanity with each passing day. Before long, the guild owner gives a specific request for them. She wants them to search a specific sword names sword of Bonds. The profile of The holy sword is not known for this moment but it seems that the following quest may be a very important step toward their destiny on saving the world

..Having private talk with his idol..damn I'm jelly

A wholesome episode for a thoroughly character analysis. We catch the glimpse of Curran's characteristics and how she cope with her frustration. While she still lost her most important item, the friendship that started building up with her new squad gradually mending her broken heart. It is really a heartwarming scene seeing her start smiling and enjoying her new companions; she even teased Nick at times. Nick also got a few key moment in this episode as he tries to fix Curran's liontins that he accidentally broke before. He even asks for Agate's advises regarding Curran and how he can talk to her(Goddamn Nick why you kept meeting up with your idol accidentally. I'll be very jealous if you are a real person XD). Unknown to him, that is the same liontins that Kalios gave to her and somehow, Curran still keeps the memento...indicating that deep down inside, she still has one small hope that Kalios must has a good reason for betraying her.

The second episode of King hero turned into extraordinary squares follows Inglis rune baptism ceremony. Inglis knows very well that Rune is the essence of mana that enable a person to use the power of an artifact. Meanwhile her own body is overflowing with Aether which is actually far superior than the rune. Unknown to her parents though, her inability to get a specific runes symbolize that she will never achieved a greater rank in knighthood. The realization of Inglis has no capabilities using the artifact doesn't sit well with her parents. They believe in their daughter's talents and deemed something wrong with the Runic gear. A small grin beaming on Inglis delicate little mouth as she know all along that her Aether will block the flow of mana; which render the runic inscription off. In addition, Inglis states that rune is a mere child play compared to her ability to manipulate Aether and to change the essences according to her liking. She doesn't need one to be powerful. In fact, having no rune only made her happier as she can stay away from being promoted on the higher rank in knighthood.
meh...it's just a rune ..no big deal

This event of runic baptism reminds me so much of the firebrand ceremony from a game Saga Frontier 2. In that Game, the main protagonist (Gustav) was unable to lit a fire using his anima; which was a very crucial as he was the future king. In that game every human was born with an anima..just similar to the world of the king, anime allowed an ordinary human casting mana. Since not a single amount of anima resided in Gustave's body, he was considered lower than even a mere stone..because stone itself emit an anima. He was later banished from his kingdom; relinquished from his throne, and had to live as an outcast. Fortunately, in Inglis era, having no rune inscribed on you arm only means that s/he had no talent in using mana so there is no persecution or banishment for our little King. She didn't act sad and instead she sweet talk them saying that she doesn't mind becoming Rani's shield in the future; making them warmly touched with her resolution.

Yuri lover calm down... she's an old man inside a young girl body πŸ˜‚

The story continues few years after the rune ceremony with both Inglis and Rani grow into teenagers. They went together into a ballroom party and found them as the center attention from the party. The interesting part here is Inglis acknowledges that in her previous life, she sometimes also gazed on beautiful girls; which in turns made her felt embarrassed as suddenly she had become the center of the attention herself. In term of relationship, Inglis herself confirms that her doting attention to Rani is closer to a parental love than a sibling love and she had no interest to get acquainted with a person from different gender (maybe because he remembers so well of her past of being an old man)

motto motto .hurt me more

This episode introduced two new important characters. The first one is the holy knight, Leon's; who worked together with Rafael, and Eris the Hieral menace, an artifact crafted by the highlander; which take form as a beautiful young lady. In addition to the new cast, Inglis once again meet with her "arc-enemy" Rahl; who rose to the rank of Highlander through bribery and he acted more chaotic than before. Although he had joined a higher caste of Highlander, he still remember the humiliation that he had to endure during his teenage years especially after the younger Inglis beat him in the training match. Within just a few minutes, he already made a strong conviction that he wanted to stir trouble by grilling the inspector;Lord Shioni, the reason? is just because he tried to defend a reluctant Ada; the sub leader of the city's chivalry order, to whom Rahl asked for his companion through the night.
Once again Inglis can't let the crock overstep his visit and challenges him into a duel. Rahl accept on one condition : She had to come alone to his villa.

I hope she didn't try Saitama next xD

In my opinion, the plot twist of Leon being the bad guys is quite predictable. In most scenario, the bad wolf in the sheep clothing  usually is the one of the newly introduced character and to various extend, he/she appears kind and reasonable; masking a deeper vile intention to the viewer. Still, it's worth an applause with the way he blasted Eris using her glove artifact out of sudden. While Leon being enemy is not surprising, his moves of hurting the person that he knows for quite a time makes a splash of a plot twist, although I don't believe he has a capacity of being the series' big bad either because just like Rahl, he seems more like a steeping stone for Inglis to prove her prowess in swordman-ship. Inglis always feels excited fighting against stronger opponent and she had the skills to back up her antics; further cementing her Mary sue thrope. This episode only further the thrope as she can withstand Eris' assault and shows her "talent" which is manipulating Aether. On top of that she got more and more happier whenever she got a bit injured. Off course it manages to give a great laugh with how disappointed she is after Eris realizes about her latent power and let her continues battling Rahl alone. She thought Eris will be a great challenge for her skill and yet she chooses to step aside πŸ˜‚ making Inglis banging her head in regret ever spilling her abilityπŸ˜‚ In one short conclusion of today's episode, it is plain dumb in execution..as it forces the drama (like Rahl burning the inspector) to move the plot forward yet ...just like G Gundam; it's a dumb but fun type of anime

The start of adventure is the rough start for some party and this word works true to the four adventurers. In the retrospect, they were having a trouble with theirs closest ally before. So how could they started to trust another when they were technically lost their overall trust to human? The episode delve more on the chemistry building between the characters especially the ladies as they soon learnt that having clashing personality put the group's unity in tension. Tiana and Curran are like two different elements being forced to mingle together. On one side, Curran had a fiery personality and a blazing breath to boot. She is a hybrid dragon kin, who I think is like a special fusion between a human and a dragon. As one can predict, she can be stout and hard to get along with. Not mention she is very on point with her word. On the other hand, Tiana had her share of problematic characters too. She grows insecure after her bitter experience and think highly of how other may think about her. In addition, she can get quite defensive and her tsundere personality may sound quite harsh for other at times.

One has fiery heart, the other cold expression

The new coalition of adventurer took their first step in adventuring with registering their squad to the adventurer guild. To make it simple, they name the new squad as "survivor" as a symbolism that being able to go home is the most important thing to any adventurer. The following event however put their bond to test as actually merging four different personality in one union is not an  easy feat. A misunderstanding between the two lead heroines soon started the first spark among them. During the monster encounter, Tiana accidentally spam a frost spear magic at the wrong timing and it almost hurt Curran. It can be solved rather easily if Tiana speaks calmly and explains about the misunderstanding. Yet, her tsundere tendency only makes it sound as if she is not at fault. The next scene only further them apart by showing how the ladies start to watch each other's move; Making the union off balance and threat the group's harmony to the verge off breaking point.

Beneath Tiana's deadly stares hide a sweet lady .. I love tsundere😘

Fortunately, Nick makes a correct decision to fix the emotional problem between the ladies. After asking them to break for a while, He took all of his equipments and told the members about his weaknesses. Being a de facto leader of the group, he told the other three about his shortcoming and how he actually had limited talents outside of his fighting skills. Nick doesn't say about what he intends to say by exposing his inability to use magic, making elixir, or holding two handed sword. However, the other companions know how he want to tell them that he needs others to achieve a higher goal. This simple gesture made the other members start to open up a little about their own fragile side. The best part of this episode is when Tiana finally admitted to Curran that Her biggest weaknesses is actually Curran's strength. She has mature a bit as finally she apologizes properly to Curran and explain how she is wrong and makes a poor excuse to save her skin. The heartwarming scene continues as Curran gently provides her with a little puff of flame breath; creating a small bonfire in the ground nearby, to warm her over. To add a cherry on top, she even speak a tsundere line to Tiana as if she misses hitting her with the flame; symbolizing how she had accepted Tiana's way of using words.

It's a nice close up ..too bad the battle animation is not as good as it looks

After the tension down, they continues their hunting together. In contrast to their previous dungeon exploring, this time around, they really work better and cover each other back. At the end of the day, they took the monster's part as a medium for sell. While it doesn't start as good as it sounds, the four human hater somehow manages to throw their difference and work in unison while putting their heart on it. Unfortunately, and I mean very unfortunately, the fighting animation is not excellent to behold and I thought it could be done better. Still, while I am not fond of today's episode, I am quite touched with it's tender and heartwarming moment. In addition, I hope the anime will start having a better plot trigger and manages to excite me more soon as we know that the survivors are destined for something bigger in the horizon. As just like the title suggest, their party will be responsible for the survival of human race and the entire world as well.

Reborn to Master the Blade: From Hero-King to Extraordinary Squire is a title of a japanese light novel that had already adapted into a manga and an anime. It follow a story about a kind and benevolent king who was about to passed away and before his time comes, he asked for the guardian angel to be reincarnated in the future with a sole mission of mastering the blade martial arts. Meet Inglis the benevolent God king from the kingdom of Silvare. In his young age, he joined a mercenary guild in order to polish his skills and applied his swordman-ship. Even to his wildest dream, he never thought that he was destined for something greater than being a sell sword. His mercenary work lead him into a path of heroism which eventually turning him into a God king. Not only that he was very good in fighting, he also proficient with a magical ability and had knowledge on the usage of Aether which in the end made him started a magic school in his kingdom (Aether itself is described as the origin of every matter in that world which means that manipulating it was like manipulating a God power).  Nevertheless, despite his great achievements as a God king, he was still a mortal. Such a good king he was that during his dead bed, the Goddess Alista herself visited the palace and accompanied him for his time to come. The only regret that he had in life was he didn't have enough time to master his martial arts skill due to his royal duty. The Goddess said how she was truly grateful for him and she gave him a special gift as she told him that she would fullfil any of his last wish. The king knew he already achieved everything in life and only one thing remained. Therefore, he asked the Goddess to reincarnate him as a commoner so that in the next time he would be able to fulfill his "selfish' dream. To master his blade martial art skills.

EEEE I forgot to tell her my gender preference

Far in the future, a baby was born in the country of Ymir. "He" was instantly remembered as the reincarnation of the God king. However all of "his" happiness suddenly turned into a shock  when "he" learnt that "he" was born a girl πŸ˜‚. Due to the circumstances, lets omit the word "he" and we used "she" from now on πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.  The good thing of this anime was how funny it could get. While the idea of gender-bender was not new in the anime's world, the idea of "his" sexuality turning into a girl could get funny at times. Maybe "she" was hoping that being a young man would give "her" the peak of human strength again yet, the Goddess gave "her" a girl body instead which somehow limited "her" physical prowess LMAO. To be honest, It was not the Goddess' fault either because "she" didn't ask to be born as a boy so the choosing of the baby's gender was up to her. Nevertheless, whether liking it or not, she was content with her reincarnation as she learnt first hand that her godly Aether power remained. Which means, despite not being born in the line of nobility, she still can activate her "cheat" in life. First thing first, she remembered everything from her previous life; including basic courtesy, profound wisdom, knowledge of using aether (like levitation and aether spirit strike), and she even knew the path of her choosing at the very young age.

fighting the boss since 8 years old

The anime follow suit with the introduction of other characters including Raftina or also known as Rani. She was the first daughter of Marquis Bilford to whom married with her mother's sister meaning that she and Inglis was cousins. Raftina also had an older brother named Rafael. who might be only a few year older than Inglis but he was quite mature for his age , brave and hard working. More importantly Rafael had a special rune on his hand which symbolizes hope and heroism. The important thing here to note here is that magical knowledge had been diminish tremendously and by the times the king born, she realized that the presence of the Goddess' had gone. The usage of Rune for using artifact itself seemed very different with the aether magic during her previous lifetime..and it seemed that everyone who was blessing with a certain runes symbol will be adept to a specific kind of artifact (weapon imbued with magical power). Something that Inglis did not remember during his past life.

Mirror-mirror on the wall..Who is the fairest of all

During her infant time, the monster known as magicite beast ran amok and attacked the country. They decided to take a shelter on the castle. It was no surprise that the little King already felt curious with the magicite beast as she had an instant urge to deal a finishing blow to the monster. In other people eyes, she looked like a terrified baby but in reality, she couldn't contain her excitement to fight the magicite beast when she grew up. The part when the magicite beast attacked the castle truly show how good Inglis potential as a hero. Even as a baby, she knew very well that she could still use an aether strike to blast the magical creature. In retrospect, Seeing Rafael's determination to help people in trouble made her touched with his will and selfless act. She was once a hero too, so seeing her cousin had a similar selfless quality on him made her realized that supporting him would produce another great leader in the near future. Since she just could not let a potentially great hero dying due to the monster 's attack, she went closer to the monster and use an Aether strike to send it flying. And the funny thing was she made the monster gone when she was still an infant no less. In my opinion, she was already making too much hero work despite how much she tried to stay low. It might be inevitable for her to follow up her old path as a hero.

Getting excited for a merchant job because it was dangerous GG king

The scene moved forward six years in the future and that little "gramps" already turned into an adorable little girlπŸ˜‚ She really liked how she turned up as a cute lady although she was against being a girl at first. It is really funny that she still think herself as an old man despite she had reborn completely as a girl. Well they managed to bring a good finale for the first episode by pitting Inglis against her first human opponent. Back to the story, a group of merchant asked for a friendly matches between them and the knights (which was lead by Inglis father's; Luke). The merchant's son (Rahl) secretly chanted a spell to bind his opponent movement which restricted her opponent reach. After a succession of win-streak against the knights, the boy started to become more and more haughty and he wanted to challenge Rafael as he was considered as the best knight at the Knight's team (only a bit weaker than Inglis 's dad). In term of skill and power, Rafael obviously stronger than the boy. However, since Lindis told him to close his eyes in order to avoid the spell, he had limited movement to counteracts his opponent. Rafael lose and since it would make the knight lose their face against the Merchant, Inglis challenged him on one on one duel. They made a good fighting sequence for Inglis as with her skill, she could predicted his movement and evaded his attack even if she closed her eyes. Being a six years old girl didn't make Inglis worried at all because her skill in compliance with the Aether talent already proved too much for his opponent.

What you see here is the old king beating the arrogant Kung Fu guy

It was a nice opening act for the anime with the action sequence proved better than what I predicted. It incorporates the zooming camera movement; switching the side of the duelist, which we can see from Inglis and Rahl Duel. In addition, the parody was spot on and quite funny; ranging from the king realization to her gender swap to her antics of wanting to beat the monster. It was quite a humble beginning and the world building for the king had been nicely done.I am pretty much sure that the king will encounter the path of heroism once more despite her unwillingness to be a heroine and her preference to walk in a more down-to-earth path. Next stop we will see the more prettier version of her πŸ˜€

It was the last episode for the witch from mercury first season. As what I expected, it pulled no hold barred beat down to the viewers and fans; giving all the action and quite a body count in one episode. The first part of the anime followed the continuation from the last episode in which Sophie in Gundam Lfirth Ur cornered Suletta. As she thought Suletta didn't hear her, she swarmed her with a barrage of machine gun shoot; making Suletta running for her life. In the other side of the door, the princess could hear the commotion outside yet she could not do anything. After trying to find another exit, she met again with her father yet the only words muttered from his mouth was asking why she didn't wear normal clothes when evacuating. Off course Miorine got pissed because he seemed to care less about her but in actuality that was Deling 's way of showing concern.
heavy machine Gun dodododododo

One important event from this episode was when Guel found a chance to escape the earth terrorist. He hijacked one of their old mobile suits and deployed from the ship hoping to save Suletta. However, Vim Geturk; who happened to sortie with another better developed Geturk mobile suit, incidentally had an encounter with him. Since both of them didn't know about the other pilot, they were engaged in a mortal space battle. Once again Guel's got more developed as a character as we saw him crying for his life. He might be an ace pilot yet when he did Dueling, the stake was not life or dead. There was safety to the duel in the academy back then. Now he had to feel the realism or war where one wrong move might cost his life. At the end of battle, he managed to stab his father mobile suit yet his anguished know no bound after finding out that the other pilot was his father.  I thought Guel might be the most wholesome character ever made in this series. His story was a very tragic one and he had a serious character development throughout this series. The first time we saw him, he acted more or less a school bully. Then when he fought Suletta for the second time , we saw the first glimpse of quality in him which was having a good sportsmanship and noble pride (he even apologize for Miorine later). Not long after he tried to fight Elan because he made Suletta crying (showing that he started to consider Suletta as his friend). Even after everything that happened and he lost his place, he still didn't fault anyone else and prefer to start anew. What made me touched was..this man never killed anyone before..he fought really hard against his father because he just wanted to live and when he did won his first mortal battle, his first victim was his own father. To rub a salt to his wound, his father had been searching for him all this time. This really touched me as no matter how vile Vim was, he was still a loving father. He still cared for his son and if we look back, despite of Guel's failure, he still paid for his tuition money. In fact he already got another job position ready for him. This made me felt so sad 😭.

Oh noo..Martin is gonna get Marco'ed

Another important parts of this episode was when Suletta tried to reach for the newly upgraded Aerial Gundam. The earth terrorists already took control of the hangar and she had zero experiences dealing with armed combatants. As she hide in one of the rooms corner, Prospera; with a help of Mr Godoy, shot the terrorists. Suletta was terrified seeing the dead bodies in front of her yet Prospera ensured her that sometimes one had to take arm to protect the one dearest to them. This part is very interesting because we found out how depthly rooted Prospera's manipulation toward Suletta was. If we compared Suletta's mom and Miorine's dad, we could see a very contrasting character. Deling might be a stout and very airheaded at times yet he did actually cares for his daughter's survival.. He actually planned along with his late wife that if one of them died first, the other must ensure to choose the best option for the survivability of their child. Even if he had to make his daughter felt neglected, he did it so that Miorine was far from danger especially with the reality that some people wanted him dead. In fact, in this episode, he was covering Miorine when the upper part of the ceiling broke; which made him got fatally injured. In addition, he even told her to choose the best option for survival; which is leaving him.

 Dub Step Father 's injured

In contrast to Deling, Prospera used Suletta to her bidding. If we look back at episode 8, Suletta was having that disturbing face expression after Prospera told her that she lied to her in order to protect her and Aerial. She gave her a false security and brainwashed her that in some way violence is justified; moral code can be neglected for a "just" cause. She actually never cared about Suletta as her "daughter". She was more or less a tool for her vengeance purpose. The words: "move forward gains two" seemed more like a password to activate her scarier persona; a psychopath child soldier no less. What amazing from this episode was how extremely shocking Suletta's personality after her mother ensured her that killing was necessary at times. Back then, the writer really made her very likeable; a shy and adorkable girl who had a good and caring personality. I believed no one would bat an eyes if she was more or less acted like Heero Yui or Mikazuki August. However, she displayed one hundred percent character's change when she splat the terrorist using the Aerial's hand. She was smiling as if she forgot that the one he just turned into a tomato paste used to be a human being. Miorine saw the horror as her lovely groom turned into a very different person. A dork and timid girl that she loved turned into a psychopath who could smile after killing a man..even if Suletta did it for ensuring her safety.

Twin bastaa Raifuru~

It won't be a complete review if I haven't take a quick look at the new Aerial. The upgraded Aerial had a blue backpack thruster behind it's back that guarantee better movement in the space. The unit had a similar looks and capabilities (movement) to the GP01 full vernier. The same unit that Kou Uraki took for a space battle. Also it now had a buster rifle like armaments that blasting a green large beam rifle quite in similar fashion to the one we saw on Gundam wing zero. It also had a strong thruster as it could drove Sophie unit back to the space. Combined with the Gun Bits to act as funnel weapon as well the Gun Bits defender, It made Suletta capable to make the Earth terrorists ran away. Still, I believed they would make even stronger Aerial in the second season. In term of the terrorist attack、Shaddiq did fail the assassination mission, yet, somehow he could take Vim Geturk out of picture.

Final Verdict of Witch from Mercury season one

Witch from Mercury was a really amazing Gundam experience for me. At the beginning of my review, I thought it was just an ordinary Mecha anime with a Yuri element. In reality, it managed to portray every character flawlessly and made the rest of the episodes watchable and very interesting. Even the supporting character like Ojelo and Lilique was decently written (albeit they had fewer scene). The way they made the battle scene interesting and had a good tension. The series also gave quite a good twist on it such as Elan's double and Suletta brainwashing. They managed to make us luled into a false security; thinking that it was a more lightly themed Gundam..so good was the storytelling that the first time Suletta whacked a man flat, the shock effect reverb throughout the entire community. Some said that even if the gore was less explicit, the way they handle the violence was up in the cloud. It manages to shock the viewers with the sudden gruesome moment. Even some really think that the episode 12 as the peak episode for the show but I am in the other hand enjoyed every episode and considered it as one of the best series that Gundam franchise had to offer (well to be honest it still need to keep the quality of the second season

Miomio just realized that she was in Gundam anime not love life

Pros:
+ Very good characterization and individual development
+ Shocking plot twist and unpredictable outcomes
+ The battle was great and the story building toward it was not rushed.
+ Due to the story building, the logic for every fight was justified and had a good reason to happen

Cons:
- Some supporting characters like Secelia Dote and Lauda Neil still haven't thouroughly explored

I hereby grant the first season of Witches from Mercury as 10/10 ..congratulation. Hopefully the next season could be even better than this one.. remember it was even harder to stay at top if it had high expectations.

It's a Gundam after all; Witch From Mercury episode 12 impression.

In a town of labirinth city; where adventurer stake their life on daily basis; uncovering the dungeon's treasure and gained fame, lived a veteran swordman who had a dream to maxed all his art skills. Despite being considered young as a veteran adventurer, this man named Nick had already enough experience on his field. He was confident, talented, had a mentor and guild leader as well as a beautiful lover. All seemed well for the young lad as he got everything in his grasp until one day.. He was kicked out from his party. Soon after his Lover also ditched him up and his ex-party member accused him for emblezement. Those stress pilled on him and eventually turned him into an Idol lover.. Eh what... How did it ended up with a swordman cheering up an Idol named Agate???? Did I watch a wrong title?? Is it Gintama!?πŸ˜‚

What is this anime? An Idol anime?

When he was at the lowest point of his life, a blue haired girl came to him and gave her umbrella for him. She introduced herself as Agate and told him that she was a trainee idol with a dream to cheer everyone and she just could not help but trying to cheer him who was sulking and being drenched by the rain. In addition, she gave the ticket of her upcoming stage performance to Nick.  Seeing that someone actually care about him, Nick became infatuated with the said idol and started to buy her merchandises over to show his support. Alas, his current hobby need money and soon he should find a job or else he might even had nothing to eat.

Agate-sama!! ..saikooo

Therefore, Nick tried to invite fellow adventurers at the local adventure guild. He tried to befriend and asked a fellow adventurer to join his starter party. Nevertheless, his traumatic experience with people made him unable to start communicating with the other guy. In the bar, he sat alone and just wait there unknowingly that fate would soon interfere with his mundane life. Three adventurers joined his table. One was a priest who seemed having no problem to drink alcoholic beverage, then, there was a female wizard whose face expression was scary and very unfriendly. The last one was a dragon kin.. a warrior-esque dragon lady. Just as Nick was very frustrated to his condition, he gulped his beer and drop it to table while shouting that he would never trust any human again. At the same time the three other also did and said the very same thing; which made them realized that they were on similar situation.

This is just too convenient ..four head with the same thinking at one table

We got introduced to Tiana, a magician who was born from a high nobility. She was proud to her magical ability that she considered her passion for it's was the most important thing to her. Too bad that she got a bad taste to man as the one whom she felt interested to basically just dumped her after finding another girl and not enough with that; he also spreading false rumor about her. That situation lead her into leaving her family and life by herself. To make it worse, after accidentally finding a gambling ticket and won that round, she got addicted to gambling; which in the end left her penniless.

The dead glare return

The Priest on the table (Zem) told them the story of his past. He was a kind and just man who befriend many person and did his job passionately. The problem started when one of the village's girl confessed her feeling to him. As a man bound to his duty, he politely rejected her confession; asking her to find another man as a lover. However, that little girl could not take a rejection and she framed him for sexually harassing her. Even worse, the little lady used the coins that he regularly gave to her as an excuse that he paid her to stay quiet 🀐. He got jailed and his reputation tarnished. Soon after he lost his license as a priest and at the end of the day he lost all hope to humanity; becoming a drunkard and womanizer in the end.

This man was just too kind for this sinful earth

Honest review here, I thought this one going to be a comedy and will be less serious type of anime yet I was so damn wrong. I thought the first part of Nick cheering for idol Agate was kind of weird..it tried to become funny but failed to do so. It left a so-so Impression for me for the beginning part. In contrast to the prologue, the following scenes of the meeting between four different individuals had more emotion than comical tone. Each of them had different problems and trauma yet one thing is clear. Their harsh experiences made them unable to trust human anymore. The anime did delve into the three characters background in one swoop consisting of Nick's being kicked out and left alone, the magician girl's pasts of being blackmailed and her gambling addiction (which turned her financial state down to the Abyss) and the ex-priest whose name was tarnished; turning him into a hopeless drunkard. The last party member was a dragon girl kin who we haven't get introduced with her name yet (her name is Curran Btw) but from her point of view, we can conclude that her party members had left her to death. By the start of the next day, they decided to separate yet Nick said something powerful. If they all hated humanity, they should stick around and tried to do something meaningful for once; because no one else would care bout them.

If u moved forward u gain two...uh wait that's Mercury's line xD

Ningen Fushin: Adventurers Who Don't Believe in Humanity Will Save the World is a quite long title but just like any newer anime nowadays; having a long name seemed like an ordinary issues nowadays. There is a problem though; the first episode had a knack of cramming every members' story into one episode; which is making quite a rushed storytelling. Still, However, I would give it a try since it was still in early episode and I think it had potential despite how comical it tried to portray the first 10 minutes of the episode and boy..I love that opening theme song

A group of human haters destined to save the world; Ningen Fushin episode 1 Impression
