This episode of Dragon goes house hunting doesn't focus on finding home again. The current episode was about the character background story for the elf Dearia as well as a little pip adventure for few minutes. The scene started with Letty getting sleepy due to their journey and how he turned into a sleepy-head dragon. Dearia suggested him to take a nap and he instantly slept on the spot. Little Pip saw an eagle soared in the sky and he went "pi pi pi" telling Dearia that he wanted to go play. Dearia told little pip not to stray to far and let the little bird wandering on his own. During his little journey, Pip saw a little man (liliput) crying ..well the man was even smaller than the little bird. Pip startled him and asked him why he was crying. The little man introduced himself as Mr leprecaun and he told pip that he and his fellow friend had just lose their home. Their home was made from a leather shoes and a knight hero unknowingly stepped on it. The hero who found the shoes on his boot just threw it away to the river thinking he was steeping on a trash. After that, they met with the other Leprecaun and Pip told them that he would help them finding a new home.

Ok birdy bird it was a Tekken 5 dialogue ^^ u speak pip, I speak English xD yet we connect LOL

How a convenience that they saw a bunch of "extra" (which was not supposed to be true because they were the hero in the human side lol) sitting on the nearby rock. Their fortune intensifies as the hunter wore a leather bot. To make it more easier, he\ took it off while complaining about his scout work. The Leperecauns told pip that it might not be a good idea trying to steal an equipment from heroes' party. Yet, Pip guarantee them that bad luck always befall to the hero party (due to the fact of them being the butt monkey). Pip got an idea about the easier way to make them run away; he drop a bunch of caterpillars to them by wiggling the tree that happen to be above them. It was so effective that they ran away after got a rain of catterpillars. With the Leather boot in their possession, Leprechaun-tachi thanked Pip for helping them getting another home. Pip's adventure was cut short because the little bird worrywart father already woke up and hastily searching for him.
The anime made fun of the black bar used normally to hide a culprit identity o-o

After Pip small journey was over, they talked a bit before continuing their journey. Letty thought that it was a bit too earlly for pip to start adventuring on his own. Dearia disagree due to him already lived in a dangerous place during his childhood. Letty became interested about Dearia childhood and how he looked a like back then. So Dearia explained to him about a story ..long before he was even made a demon king. During his childhood, Dearia already had a greater interest on so many things that seems foreign to the elves world. he was a bit of a bookworm and the local library couldn't satisfy his thirst of knowledge. One day Dearia tried a spell which broke one part of Ygdrassil branch and it made him got reprimanded by the senior elves. He admitted that he didn't like playing with his peers and preferred to be alone reading his book. Therefore, the elves finally send him to the icy northern part of the land to meet with the great serpent Jormungandr. What so funny about meeting the serpent was that Dearia walked through the zero temperature just so that he could ask her about what material did the goblins use to make their loincloth XD.
Letty expression was similar to mine during night-time review lol

Dearia made a hut near to the great serpent resting place but it seemed that he might get a trouble living there. The great serpent enormous body accidentally broke his home again and again. Even after using a stronger materials, Dearia hut still could not survive the tremble from the great serpent's movement. Finally, Dearia found a solution of the problem. Instead of building a house nearby to the Serpent, he made a small hut just above the serpent forehead. It made him closer to his teacher as well as enabling him to speak directly with her without worrying about her stomping his house. The episode was closed with an adult Dearia finally met the black dragon that we saw from the earlier episode. The same dragon which made him became attached to a dragon kin as well as the reason why he could kept accompanying Letty even though it was hard to satisfy his demand on finding a perfectly livable house

Episode review

Lately I've been so busy that it took me a while to finally be able to write this episode. It took a week from the last episode that by the time i writing this, the newest episode already on air. The episode was not my favorite actually. A little pip adventure was predictable and a bit of usual comedy thrown at some point. The good side was we didn't see so many antic of letty's on this episode and we finally could see Dearia childhood. Dearia part was more stretched than Pip's little adventure and at this point I could see that the writer tried to lengthen the story even longer..did they find difficulty on finding a type of home for letty. Also, in this episode I didn't see a parody of a movie or a video games like usual (or maybe I was a bit too overwhelmed to find one lol). Alas, I could not find many laugh on this one and with the next episode already needed to be covered, I gotta watch it faster lol. With the episode kept getting recycled over and over with similar comedy pattern, I think another season might take a while after this one was over or maybe not at all.

The latest installment of Joran was already aired and it was a bit calmer than the episode earlier. It  started with Sawa waking up from her slept. As she went outside, she met again with Jin who offered her to help him again.  He also told Sawa how Tsuki already gave the blue blood pill to the anti government agitators and that he saw Tsuki already dead when he had arrived to the temple. Sawa didn't give reply whether she decided to follow him to Tokyo but when she opened her left hand's bandage, we could see a speck of blood in it. It indicated that someone took a blood sample of her when she laid unconsciously. Then came an unknown girl to the hut and she was actually Rinko; the same person who accepted Sawa and Asahi to the temple. And this drunken kunoichi-style Rinko was her real personality. She wore a ninja like clothes albeit without the mask and had a more vibrant personality. In addition, she was a heavy drinker to boot as well as a Nue's executioner agent as well, which means that unknowingly, Sawa and Asahi was still in the government's monitoring during their time in the temple.

Hello there! I am your so called "extra" suddenly got more screen time xD

Rinko asked Sawa about what was her next destination. She also added that she would join her on her journey. Sawa was still undecided about what her next destination until the white crow flew closer and sat on her hand. Sawa saw through the bird's eyes and she remembered her old hometown. After that, she decided to visit Karasumori village next along with Rinko (who insistently want to accompany her). The scene moved to another place in where Jin talked to an anti government man that he caught before. He asked the man to take the blue blood sample (possibly taken from Sawa). The man clearly rejected the offer; saying that it was the cause of the lost of humanity yet Jin threatened him about his brother's safety should he reject to take the blood sample. In the gondola train, one of the government's agents met Jin and gave him a message from the shogun that they already got the new drug. In addition, he also told Jin that he would lead the new invincible armies should the drug testing worked. Jin told the man that Sawa was still important to their cause but the man disappeared in a thin air.

Nom Nom Nom smell like ten spirit

Back on Sawa and Rinko party, they went to Sawa's deserted hometown. In there, Sawa prayed to the village graveyard that consisted only of a pile of stones stacked like a piramid. Sawa explained that below the stones, all of the dead villagers were buried together (including her parents). In addition, Sawa explained about the origin of Karasumori clan. For over 1600 years, Karasumori clan already lived in isolation because they didn't like to be involved in any conflict. She also added that the clan's people can channel the dragon vein to heightened their vitality. This alone made them a target for individuals who want to use their inherent ability as a weapon. Later on Sawa asked the white crow Nana should she wanted to accompany her in dead later.

Every single day I am uttering a dying wish nowadays LMAO

It was not Joran without anyone killed in this episode so we have to see a bit of slash and dice moment and this time around Rinko took the spotlight. During their journey, their train was hijacked by an anti government movement and they demanded an army lieutenant general to step down in the next station and gave their demand to Tokugawa before they arrived in the last stop (Tokyo's station) or else they would executed the Deputy minister of foreign affair who happen to board the same train. Rinko asked Sawa to leave this matter to her and then..while still on drunk condition she took care of the hijackers alone. She had been implanted with many metals (razor sharp object) inside her and she could made the steel claw out of her body which she used to assassinate the men. It seemed that both Sawa and Rinko took a separate way after the accident and Sawa got back to the bookstore; in where she and Asahi used to live. While cleaning her bookstore, she noticed a particular book in the shelf. After opening the book, she saw a piece of paper that look like the paper Tsukishiro found before. Not long after, we can saw a horror in Sawa's face as if a big revelation was about to start soon. The episode closed with Sawa meeting Jin in Nue office..and out of nowhere Sawa slashed his uniform revealing a skin mark similar to Janome on his back..

Sawa's mind be like "naaah I've seen worse"

Episode review

This episode didn't feel as dramatic as previous episodes and there was just a bit of action during Sawa and Rinko journey to Tokyo. The middle part was not feel rushed and we got to know the relation between Karasumori clan and the Rumryaku material which from it sounds didn't look like a visible objects. I just got extremely surprised by the end revelation that Jin was the very person responsible for Sawa parents' death. It was out of nowhere because we thought that Janome was the culprit and Sawa's quest of revenge was over from earlier episode. It was not over yet because Janome was actually a decoy villain. Tsukishiro turned into a villain was flabbergasting yet..suddenly Jin was exposed as the very person responsible for Sawa's village massacre was like a sudden punch in the gut. All this time, the writer play a magician trick on us. They showed Jin in every episode telling us how he supported Sawa and acted like a responsible guardian only to be exposed as the evil man behind everything. The ending was made as a big cliffhanger to make us interested watching the next episode and it got me lol. In my opinion, the episode was a bit stale at the beginning but it managed to created a big surprise by the end making me want to see the next episode right away xD

Alright we're back with the latest episode of Full Dive Rpg, a Role Playing Game that is too real that it suck lol. When Hiro and Sharon get back to the closed city, they noticed about smokes coming out from the resident house. When they got to the street, Hiro instantly asked the townsfolk about what happening but none of them answered him because they were too busy evacuating the city. Sharon told him about going to the local blacksmith to ask him about fixing the sword's rust as well as getting the information about the commotion. When they met the blacksmith, he instantly rejected Hiro request and prepared to leave his home as well. He also told them that the cause of the smoke was goblin attack and if Hiro wanted to fix his sword, he could use the blacksmith equipment by himself. Hiro tried to remove the rust but since the role playing was a bit too real, it took very long to remove the rust. It had become so much of a burden that he decided to leave the sword's rust. Afterward, Sharon told him that if he wanted, he could leave the game for a while and visiting the game walk-through internet site to prepare the next ordeal.

Said someone who told a terrible thing might happen XD f***n fairy xD

Before going out, Hiro asked if he could take a peek of the goblin. Sharon didn't like it at first but she could not reassuring Hiro to leave the place. Just a few peek, he saw a little child crying in the town street without anyone helping her. Sharon told Hiro that she was just an Npc, a computer data and not real human being but after witnessing the goblins slaughtered the guardsmen Npc, Hiro thought that he had to save her at any cost. Sharon told her that something bad would happen should he died ingame. Hiro thought that losing mean having a heart attack or losing connection to real world only for Sharon telling him that he watched too many manga lol. Should he died in-game, his virtual game machine would be destroyed in real life. It seemed that the game did change his character and the since the previous episode, Hiro realized how important life is in Kiwame Quest..even if they were just Non playable characters.

The budget was a bit low for this anime lol (the char's detail really looks like an npc. No fanciness)

As he continue watching, he saw the town's guard came to rescue the girl. Yet, even with three men, the goblin could annihilate the three of them with ease. Hiro rushed to take the girl with him and just after  that another goblin came and block his escape route. Hiro put the girl on her feet and told her to run away to the small alley only for the other goblin started chasing her right away. As Hiro chased and tried helplessly to save the girl from the goblin, suddenly a tremendous power unleashed from his feet. Hiro used to be a track and marathon athlete and the game seems to boost his latent power as his feet suddenly sparked a lighting and he could dash forward at high velocity, saving the girl from the goblin's swing at the nick of time. After that the Captain of the town guard, Tesla came to the scene and instantly dispatched the two goblins. Tesla was impressed with Hiro and he casually invite Hiro to join him as a city guards mercenary. Hiro instantly accepted his offer since he thought that having Tesla nearby would significantly increase his survival rate.

He was a hero but the game gave him a title as a lolita hunter f***g game xD

Before going back to the real world (a.k.a logging out) Sharon felt uneasy with his choice and she told him to check the video game walk-through before he re-enter the game. As Hiro about to came back online, he thought about checking the game-guide website beforehand. Kamui's walkthrough list a possible ways to leave the closed city of Ted. The usual way to leave was by doing work for the other NPCs in-game and got the queen's permission later on. The second method was fleeing the city but he need to be highly skilled martial artist because it had bigger risks than the previous method. As if the lighting just struck his head, his choice of leaving the city by joining the city guard mercenaries actually had the lowest survival rate of the other choices. Hiro was shocked as he got a 99,9 percent of breaking his console

RAIJINKEN!! (wait @-@ wrong game)

Episode review

The first part of the anime was honestly quite boring because almost half of the scene was used for the conversation between Hiro and Sharon. It really started a bit slow and then before we knew it we saw a glimpse of the goblin. The goblin itself didn't look as menacing as i Thought yet the game instantly showed it power by sending out three other guards to the scene. Also the scene like Hiro thought that he might die if he lose his life in-game also..predictable. The only redeeming part was when Hiro somehow managed to spark his latent power ala Saga Frontier game lol. It seems as if a lighting bubble just appear out of nowhere and suddenly he dashed forward at high velocity beating the speed of fast too furious's cars lol. With the sudden realization that he made a wrong choice, Hiro had no other choice but continuing his game. Will the next episode gave him higher obstacle? I didn't had that much expectation at this moment but since we already on the seven episode, I thought that the next episode may had a faster build up before the penultimate episode.

The episode before the current Dragon goes house hunting was closed with Letty and Pip got captured by a human and they ended up in a cage. The episode started with  two guardsmen told Letty to stay in his cell and behave. They even added that they didn't want their goods to be damaged. Letty instantly thought for the worst that they intended to made a dragon equipment from his hide or claws. Yet, he was mistaken.. What they mean with merchandise was actually they considered Letty as an important asset that they needed to protect because he was the source of their income. So without further ado here comes the episode of a fighting home; a home where various monsters was pitted against each other for sport and entertainment xD (There was a WWE vibe on it lol). Letty's journey on today episode was about how he ended up become a sport entertainer (against his will off course xD) and how he met some wonderful friends in his captivity.
Introducing our diva (for one episode only ;p)

Little Pip bite the cell with his cute little beak prompting Letty to try biting his cell bars only for him to lose some teeth xD. Then suddenly a hybrid of man an horse (Arobas) came and asked him to stay quiet. What Letty didn't know was that the cell was never locked from the beginning . It turned out that the monster in the cell was never a prisoner to begin with. The owner of the palace actually trained the monsters to put on show of monsters fighting in front of large audiences. The half man half horse man named Steve introduced Letty to other prisoners who actually make Letty surprised because they all were a decent monsters. In fact, the guards treat the monsters kindly and they gave them decent food which make them feel more at home than a prison. When Letty asked Steve that they were still a prisoner inside the dungeon, Steve just pointed out about how good the treatments for the fighting monsters lol. You named it ...Jacuzzi, gym, and they even got their own theater (I know this was exaggerated but this was that kind of anime anyway LMAO)

He was the first dragon who ever run away from skeleton-tachi

I was actually smile with the realization that the guards actually playing cards with the monsters. It was the first episode in which the monster and the human did actually live together in harmony. I think by far this was the best place for Letty if he wanted a safe haven. Suddenly a bell rang and one of the guard announced about a battle between three skeletons fighting against the dragon. Yea you guessed right; it was Letty who acted as the dragon. In the arena outside, the announcer told the audience that the battle of the dead would start very soon, which was ironic because the match was already set up beforehand and there were no real "dead" to begin with. Letty wiped the skeletons off with his tail leaving them into a pile of skull. As he hurried to the back stage, the skeleton told him that they were okay and they used to be scattered xD. After ten days in "captivity" suddenly a guard made sudden announcement of the owner's sudden dead.

Meanwhile Dearia planned to win the TV champion

The sudden change of ownership changed the situation as the guardsmen explained how they wanted to euthanized the monsters as soon as possible. The monsters decided that they no longer can stay in that place so they planned to escape the prison using aqueduct below the prison. I was so happy because it was actually the parody of my favorite movie hahaha it had a very similar tone to the Shawshank Redemption; a nineties movies about a prisoner who did prison break by crawling across a foul-stench pipe below the prison to his freedom. Not enough with the movie reference, they even added a game parody of a Metal Gear Solid in form of a cardboard boxes that Letty used to sneak closer to the invading mercenaries. The monster managed to stall the invader until at one points they got cornered. Thankfully, Dearia came to the rescue and put a sleeping spell to the mercenaries. Dearia later explained to Letty that he already knew about Letty's whereabouts yet he decided to leave Letty for a while so that the dragon could build his character and start solving his own problem. In the end of the episode, the ex-prisoner along with the ex-guardsmen decided to stay together and start a traveling  circus performance together. Dearia told Letty if he would like to join them yet Letty declined because he thought that living as a circus acrobat was a bit too much for him.

But he was a dragon not Snake XDXDXD

Episode review

Another warmhearted episode of the so called comedy anime. I like the movie and game reference and yea I smiled during the guards and monsters time playing with card. It shows that even in the arena that other people thought about monster bashing each other head, friendship can blossom and it even reached into a strong bond between the monster and the guard. Letty was having a blast in his new home and some parody did blend nicely with the current episode. Too bad for him that he got to leave this home soon yet I expect that he will visit a better place later. There were few interaction between Dearia and Letty in this episode and I thought that Dearia role was lessened for current episode. It was an ok episode with few laugh included on it. The only thing that I concerned about this anime was lately it focused more on the drama and heartwarming scene rather than the comedy which was ironic lol. The only way you will love this series is if you like an anime which doesn't take it too seriously; an anime that failed on its main strength yet flourished on the small tidbit of parody and a feeling of belonging. If you like an anime with relaxing tone, you will at least appreciate it but if you prefer the one with more complicated story and a sudden plot twist, I think you need watch other haha.

The last episode of Joran was ended with a big cliffhanger of the upcoming battle between Sawa and Tsukishiro. And now here we are with the conclusion of the said battle. There was not much I can say because the first part dealing mostly with hack and slash between the two blue blood sub-human. The fight itself was intense with Sawa now going into a full killing mode and it seems that Tsuki was strong enough to repel her attack. On one occasion, Tsuki even made Sawa lose her blade and hold her in the ground until she managed to kick her off. After exchanging a deadly blow, finally Sawa beat Tsuki and left a slash mark on her right shoulder. Tsuki plead her to finish her yet, even though Sawa hated Tsukishiro for her killing spree, she still unable to give the final blow (maybe due to Asahi's influence). Just when I think it was over, a sudden arrival of an unknown crow-like changeling that descend from the air; startled me. It dropped fast and stabbed a mortal wound to Tsukishiro. She instantly dead from the stab and as she laid in a frozen state, Sawa also lost her consciousness.

A sudden enemy just stabbed Mr Lesb...I mean ms Tsukishiro

Story of Joran keep getting darker by day..as Jin Kusuhara found Sawa body, he rushed to send her to a desolate hut and treat her wound. What I mean with darker was about Sawa current mental state. As for now, she already lost every hope that she had. She already lost her parents, her beloved brother; not only once but twice, her possible suitor (Oikawa sensei), but now she even truly lost her sister Asahi. Fate was not kind for her, it is as if she was resurrected from dead only to see her closest family members died a horrible dead a.k.a murdered just after she finally found her inner peace. Right now, Sawa was in a very sad state, and she already considering about ending her life and if earlier she would be fine if Asahi poisoned her, this time around she would take the initiative.

is this the bone of the previous temple caretaker? So Rinko was a government agent all along?

Just when Jin went outside to buy supplies and food rations, Sawa walked to the ocean alone. The guilt and the sadness that she felt was overwhelming that she let herself drowning; hoping to end it all. Jin who has just arrived, noticed that Nana (the white crow) greeted and told him about Sawa. Instantly, he rushed and saved Sawa from getting suffocated. Afterward, he nursed her back in the hut. Sawa told him that she didn't any longer has no will to live and asked him to kill her right now. Jin told her to live and revealed his real name as Iori Makabe. He told her that despite his background as an orphan; who had to fight for survive in his early life, he also mentioned that he too lose someone that he hold dear. He told her that even if he might not know the hardship that she encounter, he know the pain of losing someone dear. Sawa was hoping that she should have not save Asahi life if she would know about the pain of losing her and Jin just told her that it was already done and they would never return. Sawa lost it and cried on his chest releasing all of her inner emotion all at once until she slept due to exhaustion. Just before the episode ended, Jin met with Elena, yes the same Elena who was supposed to die during the earlier episode. My guess was right that Elena didn't get killed and her existence was kept hidden by making other people disguised as her corpse. The two of them exchanging a bit of conversation and Jin told her that the time for their final mission has come.

The girl had experienced a lot of depressing situation lately

Episode review

As usual, the episode feel rushed during the action part of the anime especially during the duel between Sawa and Tsukishiro. I thought that it will take about half of the episode yet here, it only took around five minutes before Tsukishiro was defeated. And after that, the episode slowed it pace and took a longer route with a heavy emphasis on drama and emotion between Sawa and Jin. I think it was a grim and heavy episode revolve around on sadness and hopelessness. once again I could see Sawa emotion poured heavily on this episode. she cried, she was sad, and no matter what Jin said, she had lost her will to continue living. For four running episodes, the anime wrecked her emotion and showed us how human she was. Her power as a blue blood member of Karasumori clan could not conceal her suppressed emotions as a lonely person any more. In the other hand, Jin's past and his character deeper revelation didn't really get revealed more deeply. Only his real name, his past of living alone, and the silhouette of his love one that we can get from this episode. And about Elena being alive, hmm I am actually not surprised with that haha. I already guessed that we didn't see the corpse's real face so her murder was most likely a trick to erase her past as an assassin. I am excited because the next episode as it might be a one big surprising episode and I hope they can conclude the anime spectacularly with 4 more episodes left

The newest episode for full dive is here already with the episode number six. Ok. last time I didnt tell the episode ending because I didn't want to spoil about it. So I will refresh a bit about what really happened last week. When our main character Hiroshi went to the starting point house to receive the sword, his childhood friend Alicia already waiting in the corner to ambush him. And just when thing got really tensed, someone just came crashing through the window. Hiro thought that it was Tesla; the guard captain but actually it was Mizarisa the red-haired inquisitor. So the episode started with the murderous childhood friend fought against the pain-incarnate sadists. Somehow it reminds me of Alien versus Predator with it's amazing punchline "whoever win, we lost xD"

she said that she wanted to sever your limb xD

The first part of the anime was filled with more action than story-line with Alicia tried to slash Mizachan and she fought back using her own red executioner-style blade. Well, Hiro thought at the beginning that Miza was on his side until she unknowingly told him that she protected him because she wanted to torture him later lol. After some slash and dodge battle between the two, Miza managed to threw her knife only for her taking out two more knifes. With quick thinking, Miza then try to counter her movement and finally able to parry her knifes. In a sudden of moment, Alicia kicked her right in the stomach and then once again she kicked Miza to her unconsciousness. Hiro was in pinch now with Miza passed out since no one could not protect him against Alicia's rampage any longer. She even put on a glasses when she realized that Hiro had a fairy (Sharon) as his backup. With his realization that he would never win a fight against her, Hiro thought carefully about the video-game walk-through that he had already seen from the previous episode.

Your childhood friend is technically an assassin, a ninja, and a monk in one package xD

The first thing he do was actually grabbing Alicia's boobs because he thought it would catch her guard off. Unfortunately it was very ineffective and Alicia even mocked him that he was so naive thinking that he was the first person who touch her boobs. She kicked him immediately until he fell in the floor. As Hiro tried to rise up, he felt that his body felt heavy and later he found out that Martin's time started and the ghost hold him up; making him unable to rise up. Martin's time was a moment when Martin's ghost will appear at times to haunt and to ask justice for his murder. Just at the last moment when Hiro thought the game was over, he got reminded of Kamui's words once more time, in his desperation, he told Alisia that he loved her. His last effort worked as the childhood friend actually harboring a feeling toward him. And for once, we finally saw Alicia reverting back to her childhood persona. She admitted that she also have a feeling for him yet she could not forgive him for her brother murder. She reasoned that it all started because Hiro asked them how to leave the closed town. To make it worse, instead of accepting his wrongdoing, Hiro flee from the scene

The awkward moment when boobs-grabbing seems to be effective

A heart broken Alicia ran away after telling him about why he ran away. It was the moment when Hiro realized that he was not man enough. The crucial moment when he learned that he made a mistake and he haven't done anything to fix it. He was being ignorant to the game, thinking that the NPC was only a mindless computer generated graphic without conscience. In order to right the wrong, before he went to the blacksmith to fix the sword, he decided to go to Kenura tree first. Martin's ghost kept asking him about their childhood promise under the Kenura tree and he realized that he must remembered the promised by himself. In the Kenura tree, Hiro asked for Martin spirit to show up and after a brief moment, Martin ghost appeared before him. Hiro could not remember about his promise and he was about to give up until he remembered Kamui's word"it was right there written in the walk-through, think back,dim-witt!". Finally he found the answer..each player was already had their memory of childhood with them, the only thing they need to do was trying to remember it. After holding Martin's spirit hand, he remembered how he used to chase Alicia around and he also remembered that he told Martin..we're best friend forever. Back to the present, he told Martin's ghost about his promise and finally Martin  achieved peace and left Hiro for the afterlife.

It is all in the manual; you just need to remember :)

Episode Review

Finally the episode that once again makes me excited to see this anime. The one thing that I love from this episode was the fact that finally Hiro mans up. He developed his character tremendously in this episode and tried to solve his problem alone. Hiro was a person that introduced as someone who had no guts; someone who ran away from reality and used the game world as an escape. This episode was like a steeping stone for his progression into a mature person. The episode was heart-warming in overall and it manages to develop the main character. Not to mention that Hiro might be able to win his childhood friend back from her revenge madness later. When I like the episode, my hand can move by itself to spice the writing up; which means that it was a good one. I will give a solid nine out of ten for this episode

Tragedy is one word representing everything about Joran. Tragedy that I mentioned here was not a step's song title during the nineties but more about Joran's entire plot as a series. It was a story with suffering, destruction, and the plot dealing with the sadness of the main character and most likely it may end with her dead (in a softer way, it will usually lead to a bittersweet ending). As I saw this episode, I feels that the writer didn't hold any punch to wreck the emotion of the viewers. As if we just take a breather from the last episode, we suddenly struck with another surprise and I know that some of you may already watch the seven episode. Yet, for some of you who haven't got the time to watch it, the following review will spoil the story big time. As usual read with precaution if you want to avoid spoiler.

Not only helping with the cleaning, she even told Asahi to rest T-T she did change a lot

The episode started with Sawa and Asahi met the caretaker of the temple, Rinko. Sawa asked her about a lady named Ouren but she didn't know that she already passed away. Still, Rinko told them that their rent was already paid by Tsukishiro; therefore she guide them to one of the unused house inside the temple area. There was a heartwarming scene when they start cleaning their new house, Little Asahi got surprised by a spider. Sawa was about to kill it until she saw Asahi's facial change. Thus, she took the spider out without killing it. It was a clue of Sawa character's development. Long gone the cold and ruthless older sister Sawa Yukimura. What we see here is a kind onesan Sawa Karasumori. She did change a lot that even when little Asahi hug her from behind (during a cold night), she didn't even try to move her away. During the daytime, they walked in the village and Asahi saw some village children play with snow and she later make friend with them. This was also the time when they met a young teacher named Oikawa and it seems that they had became closer after a month (the clue was when Oikawa asked Sawa to send Asahi for his class during the spring)

...If only it last forever

Meanwhile Tsukishiro was looking for a certain note that the doctor told her before. It was a key that might overthrow the current regime. So with the painkiller dwindling in number, she hasten her move to complete the notes. Afterward, she met with ex-boss Jin Kusuhara. Jin told her that the doctor already told him everything that happened to her and he would not bother to kill her since she might only had three more days to live. He coerced her to give the bag that she bring with her and promising that he will leave Sawa's alone if she did. Tsuki finally gave him the bag that contain two blue blood samples and took the painkiller with her.

Hmm you only came as a hallucination..did you really die?

Tsukishiro came to the temple realizing that the current Sawa didn't even wake when she move closer. It indicated how different Sawa was during her absence. She already lower her guard so much that even a killing intent might not even wake her up. Just when Tsukisiro was about to wake her, little Asahi came and thanked her for her strategic plan of leaving Tokyo. Tsuki planned to wake Sawa and told her about the truth. Yet, Asahi told Tsuki to let Sawa continue sleeping and to let her live peacefully. Tsukishiro left a threat that she should have kill Asahi before and disappeared suddenly when Rinko came to the house. Rinko specifically came to give them the kimono that had been passed down to her. They planned to join the festival together wearing those kimonos.

Look at the teacher's eyes..it says "smart kid" xD

Later on they found out that the festival was cancelled and despite the disappointment, they still manage to watch the night with Oikawa sensei. Asahi even use this chance to left them alone so they can talk alone and get closer (Asahi was the matchmaker in this one..what a smart kid xD).Just after having a brief conversation, Tsukishiro appeared once again to take Sawa out from the temple. Sawa rejected her offer and persisted that she didn't want to run away again. Oikawa sensei told Tsuki that she didn't like "his" treatment so he took Sawa with him. Ok, from this moment, it will be a life changing situation so I use bold to tell you that the next event might be a big spoiler for this episode so if you didn't want to know about what was going to happen next, just stop reading. Tsukishiro took the one last remaining blue blood sample and turned herself into a changeling. While ensuring to Sawa that he will always help her, Oikawa sensei suddenly stop moving and we can see blood appeared on his back before he fell to the ground. Sawa was extremely shocked and it was not over yet as she heard Asahi's screams from the temple. When she entered, she saw Asahi telling her not to get closer. She looked up to the roof seeing Tsukishiro turned into a cat like changeling and then.time seems to stop. Tsukishiro jumped down near to Asahi and despite Sawa plea to kill her instead, she slashed little Asahi. It..was very heartbroken scene to see Asahi lifeless body in Sawa's hand and after that.. Sawa Yukimura is back once again to take revenge.

Sawa looks so pretty on this episode.. As if the whole budget goes into drawing her face

Episode review

Another "hold tight, we are gonna blasting through the door" episode with fast plot movement from calm to a tense situation in a fast progression. It was unbelievable that Tsuki would become the next episode big bad. Right now, the only mystery left was about the treasure that Tsukishiro hold. What was written in the treasure notes that Tsuki collected in this episode? Why did she change her mind about letting Sawa live peacefully with little Asahi and why in the end she forced Sawa to get revenge despite the fact that she already eradicated Janome? In my random guess, I think that Yoshinobu Tokugawa was partially responsible for the burning of Sawa's clan village. Therefore, Sawa's revenge will never be completed until she killed the leader herself. However, the person that Tsukishiro saw right now was a completely different person. Sawa that she saw right now was an ordinary lady who already move on from her drive for revenge, Tsukishiro wanted Sawa to ignite her revenge once more time and technically speaking, she wanted to use Sawa annihilating Yoshinobu for her

Congrats Tsuki you're an idiot. I hate you

I love this episode and I know for some it was gut wrenching. They didn't even spare Asahi's life and they did it not even in the penultimate episode. The body count was already piling so much that we barely have living cast member by the seven episode and to give it more impact, they did it to a minor..a children no less. The plot didn't spare anyone..It was as if Sawa move closer to a certain dead scenario or a great despair. I know the plot advancement was a bit too fast for a 12 episodes run yet..with a big cliffhanger like that, who doesn't want to see the next episode?..and of course the finale

Sunday was nearly over in my place and yup another dragon house hunting episode finally came out so after finding time to watch, lets take a look on what is the latest episode about. The scene started with Letty made a serious note that he was having a big trouble. Turns out, he was flat broke after spending his money for importing ice for Pip and buying cold medicine. So Dearia told him with a plain face.. from this moment we will use this 23 minutes or so for you to work and get some earning xD. Ok so that's basically the premise of this episode, unlike the episodes before, the six episode of Dragon goes house hunting became Dragon goes job hunting yay :D. Ehem sorry for my senile old man joke haha just for this episode, the orcs out of nowhere change the initial title from "A dragon in trouble" into "baito suru(バイトする)". After a bit of google searching "baito" mean job and "suru" is kind of "doing" so it just say "Dragon doing work"

Come on worrywart show your worth at least once xD

Dearia warped Letty and Pip to a trade market in a town called Pecunia. He explained that the town was a place where many creatures from monsters to human can met and trade valuables without worry. Now Letty like usual being a worrywart and thinking that the human would only tried to obtain his hide and claws. He even tried to walk away slowly just after Dearia agreed that the place might be full with vile human. Letty and company then went to an owl like creature named Amon. The first job that he gave to Letty was producing block material from the woods. The block materials itself was used to make a lego like building for adventurer and it was in high demand at the moment. So, after a real hard work, the pay was very small and despite Letty's protest, Amon said that his work was shoddy and not efficient enough to get better payment. The second job was as a hotel receptionist in Pecunia hotel. However, since he was a dragon, most of the costumers ran away when they saw him. Talk about bad luck and irony lol. He was scared to heroes or hunters but the kind and ordinary folks were afraid to his look.
I don't know which was funnier. Letty's expression or Dearia behind him creating smoke for his entrance

His next available job was to help Harry Potter ..I mean a summoner to help him appear in front of his "friends". It seems that he want to prove that he can summon a red dragon. Although by end, the summoning was actually a failure because he was not scary at all xD. Fortunately, little Pip saved the day using his extra loud screaming; which made all of the human shocked and passed out and it made him looks menacing for the other human. After getting some money, Letty took another job as a magician spell target..Well the funny thing is the magician was trying to check whether his new spell could pierce a dragon skin and Letty just realized it a bit too late xD
My curiosity makes me unable to sleep xD

While waiting for Letty finishing his "work", a lilith (a succubus like lady) came to Dearia. Just for a refresher, Dearia was not just a home architect. He also had a side job as a Demon lord. If we think about Demon lord; which usually related to the big bad of demon's clan, the ruler of the evil, we will think that Dearia was so powerful and had millions of demon as his henchmen. The fact was he never wanted to be one and he did become one via a random roulette prize while searching for a certain book explaining about how dramatic a ratatosk's bite can be xD. What I love was not only the current episode explained about Dearia past as a demon lord, but it also make fun of it. It was so laughable that demon lord title means nothing more than a title you won at a lottery lol. In fact he just walk away from his inauguration. Ahem.. I wont spoil the last part of the episode but I'll make sure to write about it directly in the next week review :)

He looks menacing and bigger :D definitely not Letty

Episode review

This episode was different in focus like the last episode. It branches to other territory than searching house and since there were still more episode to be covered, it possible that the writer of the show tried to made the plot longer. I am not saying it was all bad thou. For example, the part where Letty first summoned by Harry ..I mean the summoner; was enough to make me smile at least. Also the way they created the back story for Dearia was kind of hilarious too. I thought being a demon king was a big thing in Letty's worlds but in this episode, we realize that the Demon Lord himself have zero interest to become one. To make it funnier, it was like a title that he won through lottery and he got it by a very random chance; which make a title of Demon Lord was not frightening at all lol. Although deviated from the usual formula, I can say that it was better than earlier episode. So I have a big hope they can made the plot even funnier for next episode

Full dive RPG episode five returned with our hero Hiroshi got inside the game once again to continue his latest adventures after Sharon’s brief "persuasion".  The first screen visualized the prisoner guard talking to Hiroshi and Sharon while they were heading to Queen Govern residence also known as the ruler of the closed city. They didn’t meet with the queen but to the man named Tesla who is the captain of the city guards. After a bit of introduction, the captain gave a seat to Hiro and he invited him to enjoy the food while explaining that Martin’s Murder was most likely an accident. He mentioned that he did hear from Martin’s sister (who ironically tried to harm Hiroshi using a fruit knife) about the accident and still he acquitted Hiro from the guilty charge due to two reasons. First, Hiro didn’t use the sword laying in the room’s corner to stab Martin and two, the way the knife entered Martin’s Mouth was very difficult to do unless he did it by himself (which leading to Tesla deduction about the accident’s probability).
hello there My name Telsa. Don't be bothered with my less detailed face expression ^^

Unfortunately for Hiro, the town folks still treated him as Martin's killer and he was still not free from Alicia’s threat for the time being. Hiro who remembered that he could use the sword inside the first starting point also told Sharon that for the time being, getting to his house was his next objection. Due to the possible hazard meeting with Alicia, Sharon suggested that he brought along some smoke grenade with him. Sharon told him that in order to buy one, he should work to get some money to buy. Interestingly enough, unlike any traditional MMORPG, he could not venture outside of the town and battling a few monsters to get some money or their valuables. That leaves him three options. One was working for a shady back alley office, then he could try stealing some valuables from the town folks, and last option, he could borrow some money from another player.
I'll write it once again..a shady place for a shady people to get a shady job xD

For the first part, he tried to get the job from the shady back alley office or what we can call as an adventure guild in ordinary MMORPG expect that it was more like a shady place for shady people asking for doing a shady jobs lol. When he asked, the first job handed for him was a job in an underground mine which might take some time to do and after asking for another lower paying job, he was handed a whip which to his surprise was for fulfilling the request of a certain masochist. Hiro blatantly rejected the other job too and he get kicked out of the office because the back-alley owner thinking that the “lousy killer” only came to make fun of her company; in which she had built after working hard through underground labor. So with the first option gone, and Hiro could not resort in pickpocketing, the only option left was borrowing some money from another player.. The problem was; the only person to whom Hiro can ask for money was none other than Ginji; the heartless, drinking-loving, middle aged man.
Go Ginji!! Go Hiro!! wound each other like Art of Fighting 2 bar brawl mess :P

Off course it was not surprising that Ginji didn’t want to lend him any money. Then, after a bit of  mockeries to Hiro, they had a scuffle in the bar. Ginji even use a metal knuckle to strengthen his punching power which amusingly; Hiro thought that when Ginji said he was about to unleash his dead blow, the old man was about to resort in magical power. Sharon made it even hysterical by mentioning how fantasy his weapon was (even tough it was only a weapon normally used by local delinquents). After a bit of hair grabbing and not so aesthetic fights, Ginji saw the ghost of his childhood friends and he stop being aggressive. After that Sharon told Hiro that Ginji gave her some money and they went shopping for the smoke grenade. I am not going to explain much about the event that went along with the shopping but after it was done, they went to the first starting point. Inside his room, they was being ambushed by a wild .. I mean Altisia, ready to annihilate Hiro again using her beloved fruit knife. It became a sudden heart stopping moment when Hiro forgot that the full dive RPG was an RPG about realism and he just threw a grenade without igniting it first LOL.
Hiro I'm back as your lovely, cute, fun-loving childhood friend

Episode review

Yup I tried to tell every scene into as few words as possible because if I write everything, there will be a few scene that I think it would be better if you see it yourself. The episode did introduce a new character like Tesla and a bit of humor mixed with a bit of action (which sound more like a rumble lol).I did laugh quite a lot during the moment he realized that his job was about a masochist paying him if he would just whipped him LMAO. The ending was not very surprising for me but I am not going to tell right now about a certain red haired lady crashing into the room ready to protect Hiro (is that even a spoil free review lmao :p). While it didn’t made me so excited for the next episode, it gave me a few laugh and I should be thankful hehe. Ok let’s see the next episode and hope it get even better.

Like I said before I can see it through about what's going to happen in this episode (that Sawa is still alive lol). Exactly like what I predict before, the pill that Makoto Tsukishiro gave was not a poisonous pill but a fake death medicine. It was predictable plots all over again with Makoto also survived the last episode since when the Englishman drew his gun, she managed to retaliate and kill him instead. The only character that I haven't really seen alive and well in this chapter was Elena (although she did appear in one particular scene). So, lets see what Joran can tell us today after it already told us so many thing. Will it still capable to create a different story-telling after it revealed too many plot points?

The time is ticking..

This episode was about a little girl doing a mission impossible stuff inside the revenge plot (or which used to be) anime. While it was not about revenge anymore, this was more about achieving real freedom via an intricate life and dead mission. The episode started with the scene when Tsukishiro explained to Asahi about the poison pills that she gave to her in earlier episode. The pill (like what I guessed on my last writing) worked to fake a dead. So in the next three hours after Sawa ate the pill, she would be in " death like state for three hours". Tsukishiro even explained every detailed steps that little Asahi need to do in order to achieve their escape. First of all, she needs to wait for the little boy who normally sold his books to Sawa and told him about Sawa's sudden dead. Just as what Tsuki's explained, in a matter of second, Jin Kusuhara would enter the house to check on Sawa's condition. Just after Sawa was confirmed "dead", the burial will take place and little Asahi have to wait the burial finished and use the remaining time to dig the grave again and take Sawa unconscious body out.

ahahaha I am not dead xD you are..

In this episode, we got the focus on two main character; one is Asahi and the other is Jin Kusuhara. While burying Sawa's body, Jin noticed that Sawa crow companion was stayed nearby. Jin knew that Sawa might still alive yet, it seemed that he choose to let it slide this time and left the little Asahi alone. This allowed her to have enough time to dig the grave using her bare hand and wake Sawa. Sawa was hesitated to escape with Asahi due to the fact that running from the regime might put harm on her little sister's life. Yet, whether running or not, both of their life were still in danger anyway so after a brief persuasion from Asahi, Sawa finally decided to take the boat with her "little sister' and went to the temple that Tsukishiro's mentioned. In another scene, Jin Kusuhara met with the doctor that replaced Tsuki's missing arm with an artificial one from the latest episode. Jin interrogated him about his involvement to the anti government party and regardless of his cooperation, Jin still annihilate him afterward.

Sawa's blood can be refined into a medicine?

The episode also gave a glimpse of Tsukishiro moment when she tried to run away from the search party. She was taking the medicine that the doctor gave in the last episode and got hallucination after taking a few pill. I don't really know about the purpose of the drug but after consuming some of it, she hallucinated as if there were snakes on her legs. Why did she needed to take the pill if it only inducing a nightmarish side effect, does it related to her new artificial arm? In another scene this was the first time we finally see the big boss in this anime (Yoshinobu Tokugawa). Though his appearance was hidden behind a curtain and we can only see his silhouette and voice. He later told Jin (who also joined the meting) about the formula of the blue blood that the traitor Janome made. It was a revelation that Janome himself used to work to Yoshinobu before he became the traitor. There was another red lining that this anime want to tell us. About how Janome was part of the government before and how he ended up conducted his own research to reproduce the Karasu clan's blue blood. And by the looks of it, it seems that Yoshinobu knew about the original material still alive (Sawa).

The girls are out of action boy..its my time to shine

Episode review

I said it before that the plot about Sawa's dead was quite predictable as well as how the escape plan running away from Tokyo which was not hard to guess. Yet, I personally liked how they build other characters like Asahi and Jinsan in this episode. As far as each episode goes, we rarely saw any episode that was focused on her..While Asahi was not really a side character, I think her screen times were a bit low in the early episodes. Therefore, this episode was like a redemption one to focus on her importance in Sawa's life. In addition, she did her best to fake a tear and pushed herself further, digging up the dirt while fighting each minutes to save Sawa from getting suffocated. I am also amazed to Jin decision to kill the police before the episode finished. As far as I know, he was in the government side. However, in a sudden brief of moment he could easily dispatched the regime's men as if he too doesn't like the way Yoshinobu treat the opposition. This kind of contradictory character was the one which made me still guessing on his motivation. He was like a lose end.. a character that you can't see the motive entirely..interesting. This episode was still above average for me...now with Sawa and Asahi moved to another place, it does not mean that the drama is over. Yoshinobu still hot on the girl's blue blood, Tsukishiro was still running, and for Kusuhara..well I think he might have an even bigger role for the next episode.

Just for a reminder of the last episode, Letty found an egg while he was left on the icy tundra and from it, hatched a small and cute bird like creature which instantly called Letty “papa”. Even before the end of the episode, I already guessed that by the end of this episode, Letty will take care of the baby as his own (which I think is kind of predictable) Well before I gave my impression of the latest episode, I will give a synopsis for the current episode.

Gotta catch them all..POKEMON

The episode started with the party entering a new region; leaving the icy region as well as Letty’s igloos behind. The focus on this episode was a communal housing, which means a place in where several families live together as a neighbor in a single apartment like building protected by a landlord who protects them from human. After Letty experienced different houses that were built for a single person, this time around Dearia wanted him to live in a community. Before that going, Dearia congratulated Letty for his newborn baby bird which Letty instantly said that it was not his baby. Dearia further explained that since Letty was the first living creature that the baby saw, so it’s already imprinted Letty’s image as its “papa” and it was impossible to reverse it. Letty still worried that even if he wanted to be the parent, his cowardice and inability to act as normal dragon might be a problem as a caretaker. He thought that he was not good and strong enough as a parent and the baby might not survive with him as its parent. Therefore, he asked if there were other creatures who would love to raise the baby bird as their own child.

When a warm story suddenly turned into a horror u be like

Dearia brought along the Dragon and his little baby to a Regulus Gorge to find a replacement parent for the baby bird. It was a communal housing in where several creatures shared living together under the same neighborhood. It was actually built for smaller creatures because a gigantic creature might have difficulty living together due to his/her enormous size (not to mention that bigger creatures usually had louder voices). However, Letty was considered smaller than the other dragon so I think he might fit in well. The scene continues with them meting different species that residing in the community housing. First, they met a wolf who had two heads and both of them like to act as if they were a married couple (despite the fact that they were actually brothers who share a body). At the beginning they thought that the little bird would not make a loud sound if it lives with them. Yet, the baby suddenly shouted the loud “PAPA’ because it didn’t like of them saying that it was too small to make a loud voice. Afterward they met another resident like Empusa and her sister Lamia (which the later didn’t like another pet in the house), a Manticore (whose children seem so dangerous for a little bird because they were carnivore), two korpukkurs (little girls like creature whose look like those small people in Gulliver adventure). Unfortunately, they hunt fowl for eating which made Letty’s afraid about the little bird survival. And lastly, they met a were-panther who obsessed with training (Letty’s worried if the little bird may get a ripped body if it stays with him for too long)

a "tasty' cute little sibling :D

While they were resting after unable to find a foster parent, a bugbear along with his two sons came and asks Dearia to help him renovate his house. After that, Dearia asked Letty to stay put and guard his baby bird and the bugbear sons while the two of them were leaving to check the house. A Catoblepas moves closer and asked Letty to give the baby bird because he wanted to sell it to dwarves. Letty gathered all his remaining bravery and threatens the monster, saying that he will breathe fire to him and protect both his little bird and the two small bugbears. While it fails miserably, his bravery to step aside his cowardice to protect the younger creatures got more plus point from Dearia. He then told the Catoblepas that Letty was just acting because actually he was the famed red dragon king. The same king who breathe fire to heroes’ party and razing village using his legendary might and protecting his den like a mad dragon (cue to the last episode). The Catoblepas became frightened and leave the scene due to the false rumor. The episode closed with Dearia telling Letty that he should have raise the little bird by himself because it seems like the bird already takes a liking on him. Letty afterward named the little bird “PIP” and he finally decided to keep and raise the bird.

His own tongue cant handle his own fire breathe @-@

Episode Review

I think I started to get what this anime tried to sell after seeing the last three episodes. In my honest opinion, it may not capable on making a smart comedy so instead it focuses on the warmth feeling of companionship. Letty was depicted as a person who suddenly had the little baby came into his life. At the beginning he never felt that the bird was a burden but he was having a confidence crisis instead. He was worried that his cowardice may affect the baby bird survival chance so he tried to give it to better parents. By the end of the episode, Letty finally accepted the baby into his circle and he finally moved on from his insecurity. The anime also told us that even Letty knew that at a crucial moment, he had to do his best to protect his child despite that he was extremely scared from the Catoblepas’ pressure. I am kind of conflicted with this anime. I don’t really like the direction of the laugh or comedic pattern. Yet, it also had a warmhearted feeling which make it more suited to an anime with drama genre. Still, I guess we still halfway in the series. Therefore, I hope we got something more from the later episodes.
