My big, fat Wedding;P I mean executioner; Tokyo Ghoul impression episode 4

Tokyo Ghoul started to feel more like a horror anime than an action anime for me. The anime tried to build tension through new characters who acted as friend then suddenly trap the main character. And this episode was the exact example for a betrayal of a friendly person. So following the episode last week it started when a mysterious guest entered the cafe, the man wore a stylish suits with a purple colored hair. Just when he arrived, Toka immediately start scowling and asked him to leave. With a sinister smile he tried to talk to Kaneki and later on left the caffe. Toka later warned Kaneki that the man was a parasite of ward 20 and he should be wary with him.
Pokerface level: Master

The episode then pictured Toka having lunch with her human friend and how she ended up vomiting her friends food. Of course we already knew that every ghoul; including Toka faked their likes for human food. The scene switched to Kaneki who was sitting in the park while reading book. The purple haired guy came and introduced himself as Tsukiyama Shu. He later on try to convince Kaneki that people kept misunderstood about him and he had no bad intention to Kaneki. He told Kaneki that he also read the same book from Kaneki's favorite author thus inviting him to come to his mansion.
That's fighting style?? is that you Paul

Later on Tomo, the person who Kaneki helped to collect the suicide victims' bodies came to the bar. He basically taught Kaneki some self defense and then later on took Kaneki to Helter Skelter Bar. In the bar, the owner of the bar, Itori, told Kaneki about the chance of a half born ghoul lived in the world. She explained that half blood ghoul possess higher power than the full blood one. It means Kaneki and the little girl from the previous episode had higher potential to become stronger ghouls. Back to the bar, Itori told Kaneki about Rize incident. It looks like someone tried to trap Rize and killed her as an eyewitness saw someone standing above the building which construction fell to Rize during the first episode.
What an amazing revelation :-P

The thing that I dislike about a character like Kaneki was his gullibility toward a person who tried to befriend him. I mean Toka already warned him to stay away from Shu. Yet, just with a little convincing, he still went to his place although he had another reason to see Shu since he want to know Shu relation with the Ghoul inside his mind; Rize. It was a bad decision to come to though and he was never knew that the parasite already planned a scary agenda for him.
Ole

Now the main event start, when Kaneki woke up, he found himself in the middle of a Colosseum like arena. He was the main attraction and the one who set him up was none other than Shu himself. A giant and fat Ghoul entered the arena with a giant cleaver like saw in hand. Of course his main interest was to slaughter Kaneki and there were many spectators in the arena who wanted to taste Kaneki's blood. It kind of scary development when Kaneki's realize that he could not use his feet after getting knocked down due to the coffee paralyzes effect that he drank earlier. When Kaneki was in a grave danger his one eyed ghoul unleashed his hidden power and he ended up knocking up the giant executioner. The crazy part was how Shu killed the big executioner after knowing that Kaneki was a half blood Ghoul. He became completely obsessed with Kaneki and wanted to devour him alone.
He definitely the last survivor of Ginyu's force

The episode had a concrete storyline. It started slow with new characters, Shu and Itori, introduced to the audience as they interacted with the main character. Then after sudden event, the episode exploded with a frightening experience of the Kaneki who was about to get slaughtered. It ended just abruptly with the host of the tournament killed the scrapper with the most scariest intention ever. A decent episode yet I want to know what kind of experiences we will see in the next episode.
